TCPOS.net has been designed to provide simple, powerful and flexible solutions for all aspects of the EPOS hospitality & retail markets. It provides tools to centrally manage key business functions, including pricing, promotions, discounts and menu management, within any establishment or throughout any estate. Sales data is centrally consolidated providing invaluable management information.

TCPOS.net Mulit Site Example

With TCPOS.net there are no additional modules or software required for managing multi site or large estate installations. Having been designed and developed to fully utilise the Microsoft.NET framework TCPOS.net can be configured so that the data is sited in one chosen central location, all sites then connect via LAN/WAN or internet to the central database. A concept of 'Visibility' is then used to filter what data can be seen, by whom it can be seen, and where it can be seen. Additionally the ‘Privilege’ of the ‘Visibility’ i.e. Full Access, Read Only or No Visibility this lets business HQ's to allow as little or as much local control as they require.

TCPOS.net has been developed to run on IT industry standard operating systems Microsoft Windows 2000, Microsoft Windows XP Professional. Utilising either Microsoft's SQL Server or Oracle's robust database technology provides TCPOS.net with a highly reliable secure and stable platform capable of meeting even the most demanding hospitality service or retail trading environments.

Due to the design of its flexible system architecture TCPOS.net can interface into and supports numerous peripherals, including: - receipt printers, fiscal printers, kitchen printers, card readers, dallas keys, scanners, scales even drink dispensers.


Flexibility & Adaptability

Every hospitality and retail trading environment is different, TCPOS.net allows easy customization of its Point of Sale screen layouts. Size, colour and position of the Point of Sale components can be changed and tailored to meet the business requirements, including the function keys. Enabling different screen layouts to be used on different terminals within even the most mixed environment.

Easy to Use

Reduced training times and less queuing at Point of Sale terminals are due to the intuitive layout of the TCPOS.net Front End. All screens flow seamlessly from one to another, ensuring that staff are taken step-by-step through every transaction. Allowing staff to place orders and finalize transactions faster, more efficiently, accurately and with less effort so more of their time can be spent with customers.

Rich Functionality

Till layers and Pop-up menus can be predefined, allowing advanced planning of menu changes. Lunchtime and evening menus can be pre-configured, TCPOS.net automatically changes the Tills layers and Pop-ups to the required configuration at the appropriate and predetermined times.

Powerful Reporting & Analysis

TCPOS.net provides a comprehensive suite of reports allowing you to understand and manage your business more effectively and profitably. Reports include Article Sales, Group Sales, Top/Bottom N Sellers, Promotional Sales, Discounts, Average Spend, Table Analysis, Staff Analysis all of which can be analysed by Date or Time, Article, Group, Till or Operator.
